Silas, responsible for Community programs, manages efforts to improve children’s capacity to engage and perform effectively at school; to increase access to quality healthcare services for children and their families; to ensure the safety and well being of abused or neglected children; and to provide support through projects that have the power to transform the communities.
Prior to joining the foundation in January 2010 from his position as Director-Programs of Community Development with the SAO (30 years glories experience). Silas got doctor of Philosophy in Botany.

Yahweh
Manager – Operations
Yahweh supports the Foundation’s mission by overseeing day to day program operations, coordinating field activities and ensuring the smooth implementation of education, health, sanitation and community development initiatives.
With a background in Computer Science Engineering and hands-on experience with Smile Always Foundation, he brings strong technical expertise, effective coordination skills and community engagement capabilities to strengthen service delivery across all project locations.

Niranjani
Administrator
Nirajani works closely with the director and the Office to coordinate and supervise all major vendor relationships necessary to support the office. Prior to joining the foundation in 2009, Niranjani worked with Aksharabhyasa.
